Now that Wild At Heart is back on our screens, many people want to know about Lucy-Jo Hudson’s weight loss secrets because she now appears to be a lot thinner than she used to be. The 28 year old actress, who is probably most famous for her role in Coronation Street, is now a size 8 after previously being a size 14. So she has clearly lost a lot of weight.

Well from various articles I have read in newspapers and magazines, it appears as if she has had a lot of success by simply doing a lot more exercise. In particular she says that she does a lot of resistance work with weights, squats and lunges, claiming that it is easier to burn fat when you have more muscle.
I’m not sure if this is scientifically proven or not, but it has clearly worked for her because she is now a lot slimmer than when she was appearing in Coronation Street.

So as with many celebrity weight loss stories, all she has done is change her diet and try and do more exercise.
