It is now the start of January and it looks like the Davina – Ultimate Target fitness DVD (from Davina McCall) is going to be one of the most popular fitness DVDs in the UK this month. Davina McCall has released a few fitness DVDs before, but this one is brand new for 2012.
The Davina – Ultimate Target DVD is actually a little over two hours long (don’t worry, the actual workout isn’t this long), and it is much better value for money than a lot of other fitness DVDs.
In this new one, Davina once again teams up with Mark and Jackie Wren to give you a tough, demanding workout that will burn a lot of calories and help you lose a decent amount of weight.
It is designed to be quite demanding, but it is also designed to be a lot of fun as well, so you can actually enjoy performing this workout on a regular basis.
What I like about the Davina Ultimate Target fitness DVD is that it is divided into separate sections, with each giving you different workouts that target different areas.
There are two 30 minute workouts called the Fabulous Fat Burner and the Brilliant Boot Camp. The first, as the name suggests, is designed to burn fat and is performed to uplifting dance music, whilst the second is a hardcore toning workout.
There is also an abs workout, which is obviously designed to give you great abs, as well as three targeted workouts which target your arms, shoulders and bottom.
So as I say, you really do get excellent value for money when you buy this Davina – Ultimate Target DVD.
This DVD is selling extremely well and it is easy to see why. Apart from the fact that it features Davina McCall, who is rapidly becoming the number one celebrity in the fitness DVD market, it has also proven very popular with the people who have already started performing these workouts.
If you visit this Davina – Ultimate Target DVD page on Amazon and check out the customer reviews, you will see that it has a hugely impressive 31 5-star ratings (out of 35). So I highly recommend you click on this link and read some of these reviews because it is clearly one of the best fitness DVDs on the market right now.
