Droopy eyelids is a very common problem, and it affects many of us as we get older. The muscles of the eyes slowly start to lose their elasticity and the eyelids start to droop over the upper part of the eye. This makes you appear tired and slightly less attractive than when you were younger.
The good news is that there are some remedies for droopy eyelids. The best treatment for droopy eyelids (in my opinion) is the Upper Eyelid Lift from Eye Secrets.
The Upper Eyelid Lift gives you an instant eye lift because it is essentially a plastic strip that you attach to each eye in order to push and hold the eyelid (and the excess skin) back into a fixed position. They can be attached to your eyes in a matter of seconds, and will instantly make your eyes appear wider, and therefore younger.
Each strip lasts for up to 12 hours (or until you take them off) and is designed to fit all eye shapes. You can wear them every day if you so wish (because every box contains a 30 day supply), in order to permanently appear younger, or you can simply wear them whenever you go on a night out.
They are not at all uncomfortable and they are totally undetectable, so no-one will know that you are wearing them.
Michelle Collins (from Coronation Street) is a high profile celebrity who recommends this product, and you can see how easy it is to attach these strips, and how much better she looks after using these strips, by watching this video on the Eye Secrets website.
If you don’t want to use these strips, but still want to eliminate your droopy eyelids problem, then you have a few other options.
You can try making changes to your lifestyle in order to start seeing a slight improvement. For example you can try and get more sleep and try and eat a lot more fruit and vegetables. You can also drink plenty of water and get more exercise in order to eliminate toxins from your body, which may help your droopy eyelid problem.
For a permanent solution, you may like to consider blepharoplasty surgery, or eyelid surgery in other words. This will certainly solve your problem, although it can be quite expensive and it is not without it’s risks, just like any surgical procedure.
I guess the best droopy eyelid treatment depends to a large extent on what your ultimate goal actually is. If you want to widen your eyes permanently, then surgery to remove part of the upper eyelid is probably the best treatment.
However if you just want a temporary solution (although it can be semi-permanent if you use them every day), then I would say the strips that you get with the Upper Eyelid Lift are probably your best option for treating droopy eyelids.
